Skilled Trades
We offer programs that help you gain the knowledge and certifications needed to start your journey in skilled trades. At PAE, we offer four programs that fall under the trades: Green Construction and Weatherization Pre-apprenticeship, Solar Panel Installation Pre-apprenticeship, Heat Pump Installation Pre-apprenticeship and Transportation Careers. During these programs you will be provided with career support and individual guidance.
Green Construction and Weatherization Pre-Apprenticeship
Students will receive supported in OSHA 10-Hour Training Program Certification, Technical Instruction in general construction practices, Digital Skills, Career Planning and connection to employers to prepare for a career in green construction and weatherization.
Heat Pump Installation Pre-Apprenticeship
In this program students will gain technical heat pump installation knowledge, industry certificates, digital skills, and hands-on experience for a career in Clean Energy.
