Skilled Trades
We offer programs that help you gain the knowledge and certifications needed to start your journey in skilled trades. At PAE, we offer three programs that fall under the trades: Solar Panel Installation Pre-Apprenticeship, Heat Pump Installation Pre-Apprenticeship and Transportation Careers. During these programs you will be provided with career support and individual guidance.
Heat Pump Installation Pre-Apprenticeship
In this program students will gain technical heat pump installation knowledge, industry certificates, digital skills, and hands-on experience for a career in Clean Energy.
Solar Panel Installation Pre-Apprenticeship
In this program students will gain solar panel installation technical knowledge, industry certificates, digital skills, and hands-on experience for a career in Clean Energy.
Bridge to Clean Energy Program
The Bridge to Clean Energy Program is an entry point to careers in clean energy. Participants build skills in technical English, Math, and Digital Tools, and receive initial job readiness support.
