Students also complete Writing, Communication, & Workplace Culture class and a Career Planning Capstone course. Students leave the program with a Frontline Fundamentals certificate from the Center for Financial Training and Education Association (CFTEA).

Much time and effort was put into this program by the students, teachers, and the bankers. It was a combination of theoretical and practical studies and we are grateful for all the opportunities to learn. Especially for the bankers, I am grateful for the network we could build to give us a boost in our financial career going forward.
