Collaborative Partners The Street Academy is a Portland Pubic School program which has been successful in offering more then 2000 homeless youth a continuum of educational opportunities and services. During the last ten years, the Street Academy has participated in a holistic multi-agency collaboration that serves homeless youth. This collaboration is unique in that all providers work within the same building and as a result, homeless youth have immediate access to an array of supportive services.
